Valley of Barrie Annual Summer BBQ

You are warmly invited to join us for our Annual Summer BBQ—an afternoon of great food, fellowship, and community spirit! We encourage you to invite your friends to enjoy this special event together.

Event Details:
• Date: Saturday, July 25th
• Location: 99 Morrow Road, Barrie
• Weather: Rain or Shine
• Timing:
• 1:00 pm - Social gathering with The Kempencelts playing in the lounge
• 3:00 pm - Flailing Shilaleighs performing in the Red Room
• 5:00 pm - Dinner commences

Pricing: $50 per person

Supporting a Great Cause: All proceeds will go toward the Valley of Barrie Props and Wardrobe Departments.

Registration is Required:
• Registration and Payment must be received prior to July 18th.
• Registration is through www.barrievalleyscottishrite.com/bbq

Payment Options:
• Through e-Transfer to: “aasr_treas@rogers.com”, or;
• A cheque made out to “Supreme Council 1997” and mailed to The Valley of Barrie, at 99 Morrow Road, Barrie, Ont., L4N 3V7, or;
• Cash payment given to Jim Anderson, or Steve Martin.

Important Notes:
• Preregistration and prepayment are required.
• Tickets will not be available at the door.
• The event has limited seating and usually sells out.
